Eagle Chamber Member Awards Nomination Period is Open

It's that time of year again! The Eagle Chamber Annual Membership Awards nomination period is upon us, and we cordially invite you to be part of this esteemed tradition. Your voice matters in recognizing the remarkable individuals and businesses within the Eagle Chamber community who have demonstrated excellence. 

Please take a moment to consider those who have made a positive impact. Nominating is simple yet a powerful way to celebrate their achievements. 

Get ready to shape the future of the Eagle Chamber's recognition by participating in the awards nomination process. Below please find instructions of how to submit your nominations. 

The deadline to submit nominations is November 16, 2023. In the interest of fairness to all Nominees, Nominators and organizations, the Eagle Chamber will strictly adhere to this deadline. Incomplete, incorrect nomination information will not be considered. Nominations must comply with the stipulations stated here within to be considered.  

The following are stipulations with regards to nominations and Nominees of the Eagle Chamber's 2023 Awards:

1. Members of the Eagle Chamber are eligible to submit nominations
2. Recognition period: These awards recognize accomplishments in 2023; thus ensure only to reference actions from January 1, 2023 to November 16, 2023.
3. It is permissible to self-nominate. In this case, the Nominee and Nominator are the same.
4. Members of the Awards Committee (judges), their immediate family, those living with them, the organization for which they work, and their co-workers are ineligible for nomination.
5. Eagle Chamber staff and Board Members are ineligible for nomination.
6. Only one nomination per Nominee will be considered by the Awards Committee. Submission of additional nominations for the same Nominee will produce no bonus. Thus, it would be best if you worked with the Nominee to produce and submit the best single nomination possible.
7. Nominators who submit nominations agree to the stipulations laid out herein. 

The Eagle Chamber Member Award categories are:

Member of the Year - this is one individual person
Business of the Year - this is one individual business
Non-profit of the Year - this is one individual organization

Please email the name of your nomination(s) for any or all of the above categories along with a compelling narrative for deserving candidates.

A special Awards ceremony is being planned and will be announced in December of 2023.
